The club is again hosting a rugby camp for players who in the 2010/11 season will be in the age ranges of U9s to U16s (school years 4 - 11).
These events have proved very popular and enjoyable in the past but this year will see them run for the first time by LEICESTER TIGERS. This recognises the developing relationship between the two clubs and can only be great news for the club and rugby in North Lincolnshire in general.

What are Tigers Rugby Courses?
Tigers' Rugby Courses give players who are taking part in contact rugby playing under 9's to under 16's rugby the chance to experience top-quality rugby coaching in a professional environment. Each player will receive a full week's training where they can expect to play up to five hours of rugby each day. Coaching is provided by the Tigers community coaching team alongside some of Tigers top senior academy coaches and players past and present.
The course is based around the core skills, passing, kicking & contact. It is also based around 'awareness' & being able to transfer these techniques into game situations.
All the players work towards the 'Tigers 8 Star Awards'. These are a number of tests where the players score 1-8 which goes towards an overall score & grading.
You can expect the following on a Tigers Rugby Course
- Coaching from Tiger's top qualified coaches from 9.30am-3.30pm
- Complimentary match ticket to an allocated home game
- Tigers t-shirt, a rugby ball, drinks bottle
- Hot lunch and drinks provided
- Tigers memorabilia
- Full-time first aider present at all courses
